Kellogg issued 2024 financial outlook for its units that will be separated later this year.<\/p>\n

Kellanova, which will house the company’s portfolio of global snacks, international cereal and noodles as well as North American frozen foods, is targeting $13.4 billion to $13.6 billion in sales next year. The unit is forecasting adjusted earnings of $3.55 a share to $3.65 a share in 2024.<\/p>\n

WK Kellogg, which will house the U.S., Canada, and Caribbean cereal markets, is targeting sales of about $2.7 in 2024, which Kellogg said would be on par with 2023 on a like-for-like basis.<\/p>\n

Kellogg is hosting an investor event on Wednesday, beginning at 9 a.m. ET, during which executives from both units will further discuss outlook and strategies for the post-separation businesses.<\/p>\n\n
