A vote in favor of Murchinson\u2019s nominees would \u201cturn the keys over to a bad actor who has no knowledge of the industry or ability to run the company,\u201d the Waltham, Mass., company said. Stern said he and other senior managers would resign if just one of Murchinson\u2019s nominees is elected.
