Lennox International has agreed to sell its European Hyfra Process Cooling business to the Glen Dimplex Group as the climate control solutions provider focuses on North America.<\/p>\n

Lennox said it expects the deal to close in the fourth quarter. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.<\/p>\n

“Divesting this European business will enable us to continue our focused strategy on North America where we are best positioned to achieve our revenue growth and profit margin targets,” Lennox Chief Executive Alok Maskara said.<\/p>\n\n
