Delta Apparel said it had received an unsolicited offer to acquire its Salt Life unit. The apparel company did not say the terms of the offer, but said it would conduct a review of options for the business. Shares rise 20%, to $7.90, after-hours.
Oddity Tech said it expected its best-ever third quarter after releasing some preliminary results. The company expects revenue to grow 29% to 31%, higher than prior guidance of 18% to 23% growth. Shares rise 12%, to $31.50, after-hours.
ALX Oncology will release interim Phase 2 trial results on a call Tuesday. The company said it would discuss data from its trial of evorpacept in the treatment of HER-2-positive gastric cancer, the results of which are expected in the fourth quarter. Shares rise 22%, to $5.88, after-hours.
