Free Webinar | January 28: How to Build a Personal Brand That Grows Your Business

Your personal brand isn’t a vanity project — it’s your company’s fastest growth engine.

On January 28 at 2:00 PM ET, join David Thurston, Founder, CEO and Creative Director of Danger Jones, for a candid, tactical session on how stepping into the spotlight can transform the trajectory of your business.

David built two culture-defining hair color brands by putting his own face and voice at the center. He used his personal brand to turn Pulp Riot into a near-$100M acquisition in just 23 months, then leveraged that same trust and community to launch Danger Jones straight into 1,400+ stores and a national distribution deal.

In this webinar, David will show you how to stop hiding behind your company and start using your personal brand to:

  • Create credibility that moves your business faster.

  • Build a community that follows you from venture to venture.

  • Use authenticity — not perfection — to create deeper trust and connection.

  • Leverage the founder spotlight to win partnerships, sales and attention.

  • Spark a movement around your mission that outperforms bigger competitors.

If you’ve ever looked at another founder and thought, “Why does everything seem to move faster for them?”, this session is about what you’re not seeing — and how to start doing it yourself.

Reserve your spot and learn how to build a personal brand that creates momentum and long-term growth.

About the Speaker:

David Thurston is a beauty industry disruptor, brand builder, and storyteller. He’s the founder, CEO, and Creative Director of Danger Jones — a next-generation brand that fuses beauty, film, and fashion. Danger Jones professional hair color is sold in over1,400 stores across North America and in 43 countries worldwide. The brand is also behind three feature-length rock documentaries now in production.

David is also the author of The Spiral Staircase book, which gives an honest, behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to create something world-class and a raw exploration of what comes after you get everything you thought you wanted. It’s a cinematic journey packed with hard-earned lessons, original frameworks, and a new philosophy and playbook to help readers climb toward greater success and a bolder life.

Before Danger Jones, David founded Pulp Riot, the cult-favorite hair color company that L’Oréal acquired just two years after launch. Under his leadership, Pulp Riot became the fastest-growing hair color brand in professional beauty history. He also created Butterfly Loft, a landmark Los Angeles salon that’s home to over 30 top artists. David is a sought-after keynote speaker, known for his unapologetic take on branding, entrepreneurship, and the digital revolution. A UCLA Economics grad, he now lives in Los Angeles with his wife and business partner Alexis, and their two daughters.

Your personal brand isn’t a vanity project — it’s your company’s fastest growth engine.
